Simply Advance is not a bank. In most transactions we act as a marketplace and facilitator that connects business owners with third-party funding providers. We may receive compensation, including commissions or referral fees, from a provider when a transaction is completed. That compensation may vary by provider and product, which could influence the options presented to you. You are never obligated to accept any offer we present.

The funding provider for your transaction will be identified in the agreement you receive prior to signing. Your relationship regarding the financing itself, including servicing and collections, is with that provider under the terms of that agreement.

All financing is subject to approval based on underwriting criteria that may include, but are not limited to, business and personal credit history, time in business, industry, bank account activity, cash flow, and revenue consistency. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a specific amount, a specific rate, or a specific funding time.

Programs are available to business entities for commercial purposes only. Financing offered through this website is not intended for personal, family, or household use and is generally not subject to consumer lending laws such as the federal Truth in Lending Act.

Any rates, factor rates, payment amounts, terms, or funding timelines referenced on this site are illustrative examples of programs that have been available to some applicants. They are not offers, and they are not the rates or terms you will necessarily receive. Actual pricing depends on the provider, product, and your business profile.

Revenue-based advances are purchases of future receivables, not loans, and are priced using a factor rate rather than an annual percentage rate. Origination, administrative, underwriting, ACH, or other fees may apply and will be disclosed in your agreement. Prepayment does not necessarily reduce the total amount owed on a purchase of receivables. Read your agreement in full before signing.

By submitting an application, you authorize Simply Advance and the providers we share your application with to obtain business and personal credit reports and other information to evaluate your request. Our initial review typically uses a soft inquiry that does not affect credit scores. A provider may perform a hard inquiry later in the process, which can affect credit scores; you will be advised where that consent is required.

Many programs require a personal guaranty from one or more business owners, a performance guaranty, a UCC-1 filing, or a lien on business assets. Equipment financing is typically secured by the financed equipment. Failure to perform under an agreement may result in collection activity and may be reported to credit bureaus by the provider.

Simply Advance is not the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the SBA or any other government agency. SBA loans are made by participating lenders subject to SBA eligibility rules and lender underwriting. Timelines for SBA products are typically longer than for other programs.
